Kauai offers Vitality Active Rewards members – who achieve their weekly goals and choose the Kauai reward – the opportunity to add a meal from R52 when they redeem their rewards at Kauai.

This promotion is exclusive to all Discovery Vitality members that achieve their weekly goals (exercise/drive/money).

The ADD A MEAL PROMOTION is valid on the following Vitality Active Rewards only and cannot be redeemed with any other Discovery promotional rewards voucher.

The following Kauai menu items are redeemable under the Discovery Meal Deal promotion with the two above-mentioned Vitality Active Rewards only.  The following Kauai menu items are subject to change based on seasonal menu updates.  Please note that menu items may vary from one Kauai concept store to another. The below menu items can be redeemed from 29 September 2022 – 4 April 2023. 

Terms & Conditions for the Discovery Meal Deal promotion:

ADD A SELECTED BREAKFAST FOR R52

  • Any one of the following breakfast menu items can be purchased for R52 in conjunction with either one of the following two Vitality Active Rewards vouchers:
    • Add a FREE small Organic Coffee or Hot drink (200 miles)
    • Add a FREE small Smoothie or Raw Juice (250 miles)
  • Customers qualify for this promotional offer, once they have redeemed either one of these vouchers in a transaction.

  • Customers qualify for this promotional offer, once they have redeemed either one of these vouchers in a transaction.
  • Should a customer want to remove the standard protein from the ‘’included’’ wrap menu items listed below, the menu item then automatically qualifies as a vegetarian option and charged accordingly (select any wrap for R62).

Other Terms & Conditions:

  • The following two Vitality Active Rewards vouchers are the only two qualifying vouchers included in the Discovery Meal Deal promotion:
    • Add a FREE small Organic Coffee or Hot drink (200 miles)
    • Add a FREE small Smoothie or Raw Juice (250 miles)
  • This promotion is open to Vitality Active Rewards members only and can only be redeemed upon the display/presentation of a valid Vitality Active Rewards voucher code inside a Kauai store.
  • In order to qualify for the Meal Deal promotion, customers should present any of these two valid Vitality Active rewards vouchers.
  • Any additions and substitutions are charged as per the relevant menu price (over and above the standard menu items included).
  • This promotion cannot be redeemed with any other Vitality Active rewards vouchers inside a Kauai store.
  • This promotion cannot be redeemed with any other Discovery promotional offers inside a Kauai store.
  • This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Kauai App or instore promotions.
  • This promotion is not available from any Kauai delivery services such as the Kauai App delivery, Uber Eats, Mr D Food and/or Bolt Food.
  • This promotion can only be redeemed in store and therefore customers will still be able to redeem loyalty points in the Kauai App.
  • Customers can only scan their Kauai App to earn loyalty points after/once the Vitality Active rewards voucher has been redeemed and the Meal Deal promotion has been applied to the till.
  • Customers can still scan their Kauai App to earn loyalty points on the remaining basket amount.
  • If a customer redeems a voucher at any Kauai store and decides to cancel the order after the transaction has gone through, the voucher code will be lost and no longer be available to redeem again.
  • Kauai cannot be held liable for the re-issuing of a voucher should a customer decides to cancel their order after a voucher has been applied/gone through.
  • Kauai cannot be held liable for a customer not redeeming their reward voucher after a voucher has expired.
  • Kauai cannot be held liable for the re-issuing of a voucher due to systems going down due to loadshedding or any other internet connectivity issues.
  • Vitality Active Rewards can be redeemed at all participating Kauai stores (Retail & Virgin Active gym stores).
  • Kauai and Virgin Active staff cannot redeem this promotional offer in conjunction with their staff discounts.
  • Vitality Active Rewards are not refundable for cash and no change will be given.
  • The Kauai menu offering might differ from store to store, depending on the store menu format and the store that a customer is visiting. Customers can only redeem menu items that is available in the specific store that they are visiting.
    • Stores with a limited menu offering will not include all of the above-mentioned menu items and therefore not all menu items will be available customers to redeem as part of the Meal Deal promotional offer.
    • Customers should refer to a store menu to understand what is available in that specific store before redeeming a Vitality Active reward if you want to opt in for the Meal Deal promotion.
    • Vitality Active Rewards can be redeemed at all Kauai stores; except Kauai American International School, Kauai Parklands College and/or Kauai Food Truck.
    • Vitality Active Rewards cannot be redeemed in Kauai stores located outside of South Africa. These stores include: Kauai Namibia, Kauai Botswana, Kauai Netherlands, Kauai Thailand or Kauai Edinburgh.
    • Stores with a limited menu offering include: All Kauai Checkers stores, Kauai Food Truck and selected Kauai Virgin Active gym stores.


The following list of South African Kauai Virgin Active stores are excluded from the Discovery Meal Deal promotional categories, due to their limited menu offering:
