• This promotional offer is not available with the Kauai App.
• This promotional offer is only available inside a Kauai store and only when a customer presents a promotional Chip Box.
• Only if a customer displays the promotional Chip Box, they qualify for 50% discount off their total basket inside a Kauai store.
• This promotional offer qualifies customers to redeem 50% off any menu item(s) ordered inside a Kauai store.
• Once the 50% off promotional offer has been redeemed, the Chip Box should be handed over to a Kauai cashier and cannot be used again.
• Once a customer has received their 50% off promotional offer, they cannot scan their Kauai App to earn loyalty points.
• This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Kauai App promotions, instore promotions or other partner campaigns of promotions inside a Kauai store.
• Should a customer not have a promotional Chip box, they can still use and scan their Kauai App as per normal.
• The ‘’Get 50% off something normal Chip Box’’ promotion is limited and only available to customers that can present their promotional Chip Box inside a Kauai store.
• This promotional offer can only be redeemed once per customer.
• This promotional offer can be redeemed at any Kauai (retail & Virgin Active) store in South Africa, except Schools and the Kauai Fresh Truck.
• This promotional offer cannot be redeemed at Kauai Namibia, Kauai Botswana, Kauai Utrecht, Kauai Edinburgh, Kauai Bangkok – should a customer be travelling across the South African border.
• This promotional offer cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other menu item.
• This promotional offer cannot be redeemed with delivery services like Uber Eats and Mr D Food
• No other instore or promotional discounts can be used in conjunction with this promotional offer.
• Kauai and Virgin Active staff cannot redeem this promotional offer in conjunction with their allocated staff discounts.
