  • Kauai and Pick n Pay have partnered up to bring an exclusive offer to all Pick n Pay Smart Shopper customers.
  • Pick n Pay Smart Shopper customers have the opportunity to switch a minimum amount of 1800 (R18 including VAT) Smart Shopper points at a Pick n Pay in-store kiosk, or on the Pick n Pay mobile app or at picknpay.co.za to receive a voucher for ANY short Kauai Organic Coffee or Hot Drink to the value of R18.
  • Campaign valid date: 1 September 2020 – 30 November 2020. The last date of redemption of this promotional offer in any Kauai store will be on 28 Feb 2021.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This promotion is exclusive to Pick n Pay Smart Shopper card holders only.
  • All short Kauai Organic Coffee or Hot Drinks menu items can be purchased with the R18 Smart Shopper voucher.
  • Pick n Pay Smart Shopper card holders will need to switch 1800 in Smart Shopper points for a R18 short Kauai Organic Coffee or Hot Drinks voucher.
  • Once a customer has switched their Smart Shopper points for a R18 short Kauai Organic Coffee or Hot Drinks voucher, they will have 3 months to redeem in any Kauai store from the date of issue.
  • This promotional offer is only valid on all short Organic Coffee or Hot Drinks menu items offered in a Kauai store.
  • Any milk substitutions to be charged for additionally at normal menu price (Almond Milk +R10/Oat Milk +R10)
  • Should a customer want to order a tall Kauai Hot Drink, the full menu price would apply and the R18 short Kauai Organic coffee or Hot Drink voucher cannot be used as a form of payment.
  • This offer is only available with instore purchases at a Kauai counter and cannot be redeemed with any online purchases such as ‘’Order Ahead’’ with the Kauai App.
  • This promotional offer cannot be used with any online delivery orders placed with Uber Eats, MR D Food or Kauai App owned delivery service from a Kauai store.
  • This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Kauai App or any other special offer, promotion, discount, voucher or reward offered within a Kauai store.
  • This promotional offer can be redeemed inside a Kauai store by presenting a valid wiCode voucher to a Kauai cashier.
  • This promotional offer will only be successful if the menu item selected is part of the short Kauai Organic coffee or Hot Drink voucher (see list of short Organic Coffee or Hot Drinks items included below).
  • Unused, expired and redeemed vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. For any voucher queries, please contact Pick n Pay Customer Care.
  • This short Kauai Organic coffee or Hot Drink voucher can only be redeemed inside a Kauai (retail & gym) store and is not available to be redeemed with online purchases through the Kauai App.
  • This offer is available at all Kauai retail and Virgin Active gym stores (Discovery Kiosk and Shell Head Office Kiosk included).
  • Should a customer want to redeem their short Kauai Organic coffee or Hot Drink voucher, they would need to be a member of the gym to gain access to the premises.
  • This offer is not available to redeem at the Kauai Food Truck, Kauai Checkers Sandton, Kauai Checkers Constantia or Kauai Reddam Schools.
  • This offer is not available at any other international Kauai stores such as: Kauai Virgin Active Windhoek (Namibia), Kauai Virgin Active Kleine Kuppe (Namibia), Kauai Virgin Active Airport Junction (Botswana), Kauai Virgin Active Wiz 101, Bangkok (Thailand), Kauai Utrecht (The Netherlands) and Kauai Teviot, Edinburgh (Scotland).
  • Kauai and Virgin Active staff cannot redeem this deal in conjunction with their staff discounts.
  • The Kauai menu offering might differ from store to store, depending on the store menu format.

  • Pick n Pay reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as well as terminate the promotion at any time.
