• This promotional offer can only be redeemed at a Kauai Virgin Active store, all Kauai Retail and Kauai Checkers stores are excluded from this promotional offer.
• This promotional offer is available at Kauai stores at Virgin Active Clubs in Namibia and Botswana.
• This offer is not available at Virgin Active clubs with Nu stores.
• This promotional offer cannot be redeemed with any other instore promotional offer, partner campaign, discount voucher and/or delivery partners (Uber Eats, Mr D Food & Bolt Food).
• This promotional offer cannot be redeemed with the Kauai App, the discount offer is only available on instore purchases.
• Members can however use their Kauai App to scan/pay for an instore transaction, once the 15% discount has been applied on all new winter menu items.
• The 15% discount is only applicable on the standard menu item and does not apply to any additions or substitutions. This will be charged for at the normal menu price.
• Kauai and Virgin Active staff and tenants cannot redeem this promotional offer in conjunction with their staff discounts.

• Availability of new winter menu items may differ from store to store.
